Puklavec Family Wines is a family‑owned winery rooted in the Podravje wine region of Slovenia, operating from vineyards in Ljutomer‑Ormož and other locations. Their winemaking legacy stretches back to 1934, when Martin Puklavec first set his vision of producing elegant, terroir‑expressive wines from local grape varieties under ideal microclimate conditions.
Today, the winery combines tradition and innovation—hand‑harvested vines spread across 1,100 hectares (590 owned by Puklavec), including terraces at 200‑300 m altitude. They produce a wide range of still and sparkling white wines—such as Sauvignon Blanc, Šipon (Furmint), Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Traminer—as well as red varieties like Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Vranec from vineyards in Macedonia.
