The session will feature lightning pitches from young entrepreneurs and established companies, followed by a dynamic panel discussion. Together, they will explore:
- How are young innovators transforming food processing for sustainability and impact?
- What kind of support do they need to grow, connect, and scale?
- How can intergenerational collaboration strengthen food tech ecosystems?
- What policy or funding changes could accelerate youth-led innovation?
- What are the risks if we don’t act, and the opportunities if we do?
