Join the HIGHFIVE project for a two-day field visit to Bordeaux, one of the world’s most iconic wine regions, where centuries of winemaking tradition meet cutting-edge innovation.
On the first day of the HIGHFIVE field visit to Bordeaux, participants will dive into how digital transformation is driving innovation in one of the world’s most iconic wine regions.
The agenda includes visits to key players like the Bordeaux Wine Council, IFV, and Inno’Vin at the Luchey Halde experimental vineyard. We’ll explore DIGILAB’s precision agriculture tools and smart viticulture technologies, followed by an immersive experience at La Cité du Vin and a panoramic dinner at Le 7 Restaurant.
