REGIONS 4FOOD aims at promoting the digitalisation of the agri-food value chain in order to maximise the growth potential of the digital economy and tackle future challenges in this sector. It is an interregional cooperation project for improving innovation delivery policies.

Outputs and results:

• Regional action plans to improve policy instruments in terms of better exploiting ICT’s potential and deliver innovation to food industry and hence, smart progress and growth.
• Support capacity-building
• Reinforcing cooperation between research and business sectors
