Volia Food Valley

Volia Food Valley is an integrated Ukrainian agri-food innovation cluster based at Volia Agri-Food Park Vinnytsia. Leveraging the Triple Helix of business, academia and government, it accelerates R&D, new technologies and value-added processing, helping Ukraine shift from raw-commodity exports to high-margin, sustainable foods. The cluster nurtures the next generation of ventures through a portfolio of innovation programmes—acceleration tracks, hackathons, boot-camps and corporate challenge sprints—delivered with regional and European partners. These initiatives provide expert mentoring, rapid prototyping, investor matchmaking and privileged access to pilot-scale lines. It also curates the annual New Food Summit, the country’s flagship forum where entrepreneurs unveil breakthrough solutions, corporates scout technologies, researchers seed joint R&D consortia and policy-makers set shared priorities for a resilient agri-food sector.
