Agri Sud-Ouest Innovation is the French pole de compétitivité for the agri-food sector in southwestern France. We foster and support innovation from farm to fork for a network of 350 members.(academic and private). 

Agri Sud-Ouest Innovation (ASOI) is a French “Pôle de compétitivité” created in 2007 to promote, foster and support innovation in the agri-food sector. Gold labelled in 2023, ASOI has become one of the largest innovation world-class clusters for the agri-food industry in France. It brings together some 350 private and public members, active in the Agriculture, Food and Bioeconomy sectors in South-Western France, namely the regions Occitanie and Nouvelle-Aquitaine (HQ in Toulouse with secondary offices in Montpellier, Bordeaux and Poitiers). 

Our Hub provides networking, events, consultancy and project engineering services to the members. We address innovation from farm to fork with several specialties that make the territory unique at EU level: 

  • Water and soil quality management,
  • Agroecology transition with focus on regenerative agriculture,
  • Digital transformation: smart agriculture and food industry,
  • Bioeconomy and circular economy 

ASOI represents strong ecosystem on the specific agriculture sub-sectors: Vine and wine, Corn, Soya, Sunflower, Fruits and Vegetables.
